1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Maid Haven website or booking our cleaning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services Provided
Maid Haven offers residential, commercial, move-out, deep-cleaning, and related services throughout Ontario, Canada.
Service details, pricing, and availability are provided at the time of booking and may vary by location.
3. Independent Contractors
Maid Haven works with experienced, insured independent cleaning professionals.
These contractors are not employees of Maid Haven. We coordinate bookings, customer support, and payment processing on their behalf.
While we carefully vet and support our contractors, they are solely responsible for performing the cleaning services.
4. Bookings & Payments
Bookings can be made online, by phone, or via email.
Payment is due at or before the completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
We accept secure electronic payments through approved third-party processors.
A 24-hour cancellation policy applies. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a $45 fee.
Missed appointments or denied access upon arrival may be charged at full rate.
5. Refunds & Service Issues
If you are unsatisfied with any part of your cleaning, please notify us at hello@maidhaven.ca within 48 hours of service completion.
We will review your concern and, where appropriate, arrange a re-clean or partial refund at our discretion.
Refunds are not guaranteed once services have been rendered unless an error or omission is verified.
6. Liability & Damages
Maid Haven and its contractors are insured for accidental damage.
However, we are not liable for:
Pre-existing damage, wear, or fragile items not disclosed before cleaning
Indirect or consequential losses (e.g., loss of income, emotional distress)
Damage resulting from incorrect information provided by the client
Please secure valuables and inform cleaners of any delicate or high-value items prior to service.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
Provide safe access to the property at the scheduled time
Ensure water, power, and necessary supplies (if applicable) are available
Disclose any health, safety, or property hazards before the appointment
8. Website Use & Cookies
The Maid Haven website is for personal, non-commercial use.
We may use cookies and analytics tools to enhance your experience.
You may disable cookies through your browser settings, but some features may not function properly.
9. Intellectual Property
All text, graphics, logos, and content on this site are the property of Maid Haven and may not be reproduced, distributed, or modified without written consent.
10. Links to Other Websites
Our website may include links to third-party sites for convenience.
We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maid Haven and its contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.
